Condition:

• Cards were obviously collected by a serious enthusiast and kept in holder
• Card condition varies by card, but most cards show some of the basic storage flaws such as light dings and wear but generally none of the cards are in horrible shape
• Most of the dividers show a lot of wear from sticking up and having things set on top of them 
• The Jimmy Carter card is bent slightly at the top
